Look to your left.  Look to your right.  If you don't see an example, it's you.

If it's not you*, talk to these people.  Don't dismiss them.  Frustrating as they are to talk to, they're the same as you.

Reality can suck.  It won't go away by ignoring it, even when the reality in question is people who ignore reality.

Our heads are full of collapsed star gasses.  We can extricate our heads from our asses, but not from the universe.
